About The Position

Reporting to the VP of IT, Security, and Compliance, the Senior Information Systems Manager serves as a hands-on technical leader responsible for the administration and operational oversight of the organization's cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and AWS. Primary responsibilities include managing identity and access provisioning across cloud platforms, troubleshooting infrastructure and access issues, and ensuring the reliability and security of cloud-based systems supporting the organization's SaaS products and internal operations. This role is also responsible for overseeing the broader IT infrastructure, developing strategic technology plans aligned with business objectives, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The Senior Information Systems Manager collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to implement effective technology solutions, ensure system performance and regulatory compliance, and support organizational growth. Additional responsibilities include managing vendors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and mentoring IT staff to develop and expand team capabilities. 2 Main Functions: (A) Support & Routine Operations, i.e. building and maintaining system infrastructure, including managing identity and access provisioning across cloud platforms, responding to helpdesk support tickets from employees, user account management, troubleshooting infrastructure and access issues, and ensuring the reliability and security of cloud-based systems supporting the organization's SaaS products and internal operations. (B) Strategic Initiatives, i.e. working on projects to improve enterprise internal support, IT, and Information Security systems based on business demand. This includes developing strategic technology plans aligned with business objectives, driving digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to implement effective technology solutions, ensure system performance and regulatory compliance, and support organizational growth. Additional responsibilities include managing vendors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and mentoring IT staff to develop and expand team capabilities. Working Conditions: Regular office/hybrid environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a track record of leading technology teams and projects.
  • Hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Research and recommend basic technology improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent active listening, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Extensive experience in IT management roles with a proven track record of successful technology implementation and leadership
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network architecture, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Project management expertise to oversee complex IT projects from initiation to completion
  • Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
