About The Position

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to serve as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. The role involves managing several projects in parallel, working independently and collaboratively, and supporting customers and colleagues. The successful candidate is organized, learns quickly, and brings strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The position supports implementation projects from planning through configuration, testing, and delivery. It also includes training users, troubleshooting, resolving customer support issues, working with internal teams and partners, and contributing to pre-sales activities. The role is described as hybrid for office-based positions. The stated U.S. base compensation range is $58,100–$107,900, and the role may also be eligible for an annual bonus.

Requirements

Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.
Experience contributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
Experience resolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner.
Experience working with business teams such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
Experience assisting with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping.
Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Experience customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications.
Experience designing, developing, and documenting deliverables according to customer timelines and budgets.
Hands-on experience with application configuration, implementation, and testing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, organization, independent prioritization, and willingness to support colleagues and customers.

Nice To Haves

5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
Deliver end-user and super-user training and make configuration and troubleshooting decisions.
Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects.
Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
Resolve customer support issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, and partner organizations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed customer timelines and budgets.
Participate hands-on in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
Manage several projects in parallel.
