About The Position

Kalepa is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS/AI Implementation Project Manager to help establish the Global Project Management practice. This role will be responsible for implementing Kalepa’s AI platform for strategic clients, managing cross-functional teams of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) will translate broad goals into detailed project plans and processes, working closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and C-suites. This is a strategic and highly visible position within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years of project management experience.
  • Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS/AI software implementations.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership ability (management experience not required).
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Prior external client-facing experience.
  • Understanding of project commercials, including SOWs, budgeting, and resourcing.
  • Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some travel is required.

  • Professional experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and manage the entire project lifecycle, from sales support and scoping through closing.
  • Drive the adoption of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and internal policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external executive sponsors, key customers, and project team members.
  • Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into comprehensive project plans.
  • Define and manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex projects.
  • Maintain project plans and other essential project documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success resources to ensure project plan execution.
  • Identify and propose changes, including change orders and budget updates, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements for project management practices.
