Implementation Managers (IMs) are the owners and leads of client implementations at Alloy. Acting as the primary point of contact from Sales handoff through go-live, IMs combine rigorous project management with a consultative approach to guide financial institutions, banks, and fintechs of all segments (enterprise, mid-market, etc) through one of the most critical phases of their lifecycle with Alloy. Our implementations are complex. Average timelines run 6–12 months, with enterprise and multi-phase engagements running longer. Clients are sophisticated, stakes are high, and the technical surface area is broad. Success in this role requires the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations, earn trust with senior stakeholders, and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously, without losing sight of the bigger picture. This role sits within the Technical Solutions organization and works closely with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product & Engineering. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three times a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.
