About The Position

The Senior Implementation Consultant leads complex Logis Dispatch implementations from kickoff through handoff. The role guides emergency communications centers through discovery, configuration, system interfaces, data, training, and cutover, helping ensure go-lives happen on schedule and work correctly from the first call. Implementations take place in environments that operate 24 hours a day, and cutovers are often on site. The consultant owns multiple projects, maintains current project plans and risk information, raises issues early, and works with Integration Engineering on interfaces such as ePCR, billing, mapping and vehicle location, telephony, and paging. The role trains dispatch center staff, plans and runs cutovers with rollback plans and go/no-go decisions, and hands work off to Customer Care and Customer Success after go-live. It also mentors newer consultants, improves the implementation playbook, and records time in real time. Success is measured by on-time, right-first-time go-lives; time to value; current project plans; customer satisfaction at go-live and handoff; clean handoffs to support; and complete, timely time tracking. The role uses AI assistants to draft and check implementation materials, but the consultant reviews their output and remains responsible for cutover decisions, live-system changes, and customer communications. This is a remote role in the United States. Travel is required for on-site go-lives. The position reports to the Team Lead, Implementation (Logis Dispatch), and mentors newer consultants without direct reports.
