Requirements

5+ years in software implementation or Consulting.
At least 4+ years in SaaS industry.
Experience leading multiple complex projects or initiatives at once.
Excellent multi-tasker.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experienced in customer-facing presentations.
Consistent record of working with senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls.
Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services—such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation—to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Advise customers throughout their transformation with Box technology.
Translate business needs into executable plans.
Act as a liaison between multiple distinct teams with competing priorities.
Deliver customer-facing presentations.
Work with senior leaders.
Configure systems, map data, create test plans, conduct user training, and establish internal controls (for banking and insurance clients).
