About The Position

UKG is seeking a Senior Impact Program Manager to manage and evolve the operational backbone of UKG’s strategic philanthropic initiatives. This role focuses on grantmaking, program execution, and impact measurement for a new global social impact initiative aimed at expanding access to workforce opportunities in partnership with high-impact nonprofits. The position involves owning defined workstreams, ensuring nonprofit investments are compliant, well-managed, strategically aligned, and connected to measurable workforce outcomes. This role requires a blend of program management, grantmaking operations, data and reporting, and workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will work independently, partner across functions, and contribute to advancing team and initiative-level goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in grantmaking, program management, corporate social impact, or a related field
  • Experience managing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with tools for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (e.g., Microsoft tools, YourCause GrantsConnect)

  • Experience working with nonprofits, workforce development initiatives, or social impact programs
  • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and performance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of grantmaking processes, including due diligence, investment tracking, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and pursue strategy-aligned funding opportunities and contribute to portfolio prioritization.
  • Manage grant agreements, disbursements, and reporting timelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners to support effective program delivery.
  • Own the operationalization of core employability metrics and reporting frameworks across the initiative.
  • Develop and manage standardized reporting tools and dashboards to track program performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual impact reporting, connecting program outcomes to broader workforce goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify high-potential nonprofit and workforce partners.
  • Support evaluation, selection, and onboarding of partners, contributing to a strong and scalable ecosystem.
  • Track and analyze partner engagement to inform strategy and strengthen relationships.
  • Contribute insights and materials to support employer-facing pilots and partnership opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, data, partnerships) to align on priorities and execution.
  • Develop materials to support internal alignment and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and solve operational and programmatic challenges by adapting existing processes and tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enable the initiative to scale efficiently across regions.
