About The Position

Premier NX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. Our Human Resources team provides leadership, strategic direction, and strong partnership to Premier NX management to integrate business goals into employee strategies and goals. Areas of focus include: Strategic alignment of business strategy, capabilities, goals, change management, talent management, employee communication and company values.   • Coordinator: 401(k) announcements, Benefits Spreadsheet, Onboarding (I-9) (process requires joint responsibility), Employee Documents and Physical Files (Onboard/Offboard – US and Canada), Verifications of Employment, Unemployment; Background Checks, Employee Data Updates (Paylocity), Legal Posters
