About The Position
Join Enstrom Helicopter in Menominee, Michigan, just 50 minutes north of Green Bay. Located along the shores of Lake Michigan, the Menominee/Marinette area is an outdoor paradise. At Enstrom, you will be part of a close-knit team where your work is seen and valued. As a proud U.S. manufacturer of FAA certified rotorcraft, we build nearly 90% of each helicopter in house. Our team enjoys a clean, growth-focused environment with a Monday through Friday schedule. The Senior Human Resources Manager oversees Human Resources to support company goals, compliance, and employee success.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Human Resources and employment law
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
- Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of HR and/or Finance experience, including leadership roles.
- Ability to sit for long periods working at a computer.
- Ability to stand and walk around the office or plant as needed.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads the Human Resources team.
- Develop Human Resources policies and programs aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment and financial regulations.
- Oversee hiring, employee relations, performance, and training.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and financial health.
- Work with department leaders to support business needs.
