In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership to regional leadership while driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy for our frontline teams. You will lead high‑volume recruitment efforts and ensure strong pipelines across multiple locations. You will oversee employee relations and investigations with a balanced, people‑first approach, while managing labor relations, including contract interpretation and grievance handling.
