We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a high‑profile regional portfolio, serving as the primary HR liaison to the client and a trusted advisor to operational leaders across multiple sites. This pivotal role blends hands‑on regional execution with strategic multi‑site leadership, focusing on high‑volume recruitment, labor relations, employee relations, and payroll management. It is a highly visible opportunity to influence decision‑making, guide leaders, and elevate the employee experience across a diverse and fast‑paced region. In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership to regional leadership while driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy for our frontline teams. You will lead high‑volume recruitment efforts and ensure strong pipelines across multiple locations. You will oversee employee relations and investigations with a balanced, people‑first approach, while managing labor relations, including contract interpretation and grievance handling. Requirements

  • A strong background supporting large, multi‑site frontline operations with high‑volume workforce needs.
  • Proven experience with contract interpretation, grievance handling, and productive labor‑management partnerships.
  • Ability to resolve issues fairly, build trust, and support a diverse hourly workforce.
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring frontline talent across multiple locations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication that enhances support and connection with frontline employees.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 3 years of HR experience

Responsibilities
