About The Position

Catalent’s 206,878-square-foot Philadelphia-area facility serves as the global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging, offering GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services. The site provides manual to fully automated packaging solutions, including temperature-controlled options for sensitive products. The Senior Manager, Human Resources will support the team by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. The Senior Manager, Human Resources role involves overseeing talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, and HR operations to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of eight years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is required
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required

  • Master’s Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a HR business partner to site Quality, Finance and Project Management leaders, as well as the VP, Project Management to support the function globally
  • Supports the HR Function to drive greater efficiency, quality and consistency in the strategy and execution of key HR processes, programs and policies across the region and worldwide
  • Collaborate with the Director, HR to develop and execute HR strategies that support the site and segment’s goals
  • Partner with TA on the recruitment and selection process for the functional teams to attract top talent
  • Manage performance management systems to drive high performance and career development
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity
  • Manage HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and compliance
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
  • All other duties as assigned
