Vista is seeking a Senior HR Manager to provide hands-on leadership across the full HR function, serving as a knowledgeable, responsive resource for leaders, employees, and your team while managing the day-to-day with care and consistency. This role calls for an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist foundation, proven managerial skills and a genuine commitment to the employee experience. We are looking for someone who is current on HR best practices and employment law, thinks in terms of service and process improvement, and brings both the judgment to handle complex situations and the attention to detail that everyday HR work demands. You will report to the VP of Business Operations & Administrative Services and partner closely with the CEO, Finance, and program leadership.
