At Enstrom, you will be part of a close-knit team where your work is seen and valued. As a proud U.S. manufacturer of FAA certified rotorcraft, we build nearly 90% of each helicopter in house. Our team enjoys a clean, growth focused environment with a Monday through Friday schedule.

BASIC WORKER FUNCTION:
Lead the Human Resources department to support company goals. Manage recruiting, employee relations, performance, compliance, benefits, and HR policies. Act as a resource for employees and a strategic partner for leadership.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to analyze HR metrics and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in management.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain HR policies following federal, state, and local laws.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding to hire and retain talent.
• Handle employee relations, conflicts, and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
• Conduct HR audits to ensure legal compliance.
• Advise management on HR practices and organizational development.
• Support training, development, and employee engagement.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data to guide decisions.
