The Human Resources Manager will assist the Human Resources Director in all aspects of Human Resources management and serve as the primary manager of the day-to-day operations of the department. This role involves managing and providing input regarding employee relations, employment, training, and benefit activities. The manager will also ensure all departments are supported through the development and implementation of new procedures, administer and communicate company policies, advise management on performance and conduct issues, promote effective communication between employees and management, and coordinate activities to meet training needs.
