Responsible for supporting the organization by delivering a broad range of human resources programs and services, including onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, recruitment and compliance with employment laws. The role is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Additionally, this position collects and analyzes internal and external data to benchmark HR practices against market standards and ensures ongoing compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
