About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their HR team. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service to colleagues, supporting and leading colleague engagement, and partnering with managers to address performance concerns, investigate complaints, and advise leadership on resolutions. The position also plays a key role in the administration of annual compensation planning, including market surveys and salary range adjustments. MMA offers business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions, combining local service with global resources.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR)
