The Senior HR Generalist serves as both a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, delivering comprehensive human resources support across multiple departments within a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role drives key initiatives in onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development to align with business objectives and foster a high-performing, positive workplace culture. Partnering closely with leadership, the Senior HR Generalist proactively addresses workforce needs, mitigates organizational risk, and ensures consistent application of HR policies, employment laws, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role requires a hands-on approach to managing complex employee relations matters, supporting critical talent decisions, and leveraging data to guide business outcomes.
