Senior Human Resources Generalist - Strategy, Workforce Planning & Transformation Company: Millennium Space Systems Millennium Space Systems, a division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist (HRG) specializing in HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, and Transformation (S&I) to join their team in El Segundo, CA . This position will act as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Human Resources and will be instrumental in advancing the HR strategy to support the company’s growth and mission. The role integrates strategic planning, enterprise program management, and workforce analytics to lead impactful HR initiatives throughout the organization. Operating in a dynamic aerospace and defense environment, this position leads cross-functional HR initiatives, oversees the execution of the HR strategy, and develops workforce planning insights that enable the company to scale its highly technical workforce. The role acts as a central integrator across HR functions and helps ensure alignment between HR strategy, business priorities, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong collaborative ability to look across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product; a strategic mindset to drive actions proactively and execute on business needs and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
