About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic advisor and leader within our organization. This role involves partnering with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. You will develop executive-level reports and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, using data and analytics to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Coming from Automotive Industry
  • 5 years of leadership/people management experience.
  • Strong on the operational and strategic sides of HR
  • Experience in human resources, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, payroll, talent management, performance management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, including talent acquisition and workforce management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive or technology-driven companies is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated people and organizational management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR workstreams and provide structured reporting.
  • Prior experience in Corporate or Headquarters HR at a major U.S. company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and operational needs.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to support decision-making and measure effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and implement professional development programs.
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of HR programs and policies across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, as well as global policies.
  • Monitor compliance and mitigate risk through audits, training, and policy updates.
  • Oversee day-to-day employee relations activities, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Administer performance management process, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Global HR counterparts to support global programs and ensure cultural alignment.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the HR team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
