About The Position

As a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide support in the Human Resources Department including processing salary payroll and a backup for hourly payroll, administrative and clerical maintaining employee files, publication of factory information, coordinating personnel files, and assigning lockers. Prepare reports from various systems as required. Coordinates records retention and HR systems.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalency
2+ years of human resources or administrative experience in manufacturing, production, or related environment

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred

Responsibilities

Process salary payroll and serves as the backup for hourly payroll
Provides customer service on a variety of human resource topics to all employees
Processes SAP changes
Uses a purchasing card according to policy and reconciles monthly
Supports the factory in planning morale and recognition events
Works with 3rd party vendor to administer and track leaves to hourly and salary employees
All other responsibilities as assigned
