About The Position

Guidehouse is currently seeking human capital and project management professionals in support of our Department of Navy client. This role involves developing communications and change management materials, supporting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing cohorts and outreach, utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking, and supporting workforce integration and data analysis for client decision-making. The position also requires strong project management and organizational skills, including managing meeting notes, action items, and communicating progress to partners and clients.

Requirements

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Bachelor’s Degree
TWO (2) years experience in project management, communications, presentation development

Nice To Haves

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field
Currently possess one or more of the following certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP), Change Management certifications

Responsibilities

Developing communications and change management materials on training programs
Supporting and modifying SOPs on managing cohorts and conducting outreach to training participants
Having knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training programs and participants
Supporting workforce integration activities and data analysis, to enable client for making workforce related decisions
Applying project management and organizational skills, including collection and dissemination of meeting notes, developing and tracking action items, developing standardized programmatic activities, and communicating clearly with partners and clients on progress and status
