About The Position

ScottMadden is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant to join their Corporate & Shared Services practice. This role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to a dynamic, team-centric environment, working alongside leadership and experienced professionals on a variety of general management consulting engagements. The firm focuses on Human Capital Management, Finance & Accounting, and Supply Chain, serving diverse industries including healthcare, higher education, technology, and manufacturing. Experienced HCM consultants are expected to possess strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills to manage projects of varying types and sizes. Travel may be required at the client's discretion. Consultants will work on small project teams, typically composed of three or four consultants and a partner, to identify and implement solutions for client challenges. Requirements

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • HCM consulting experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR Function/HR Transformation/Human Capital Management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Shared Services is preferred.
