About The Position

The Senior HSE Manager provides senior health, safety, and environmental leadership across Ramboll Americas’ EPC/EPCM project portfolio. The role supports safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover activities, establishing consistent HSE governance, aligning contractors and project teams, supporting high-risk work planning, and enabling effective execution across multiple concurrent projects. The successful candidate brings substantial hands-on experience in large-scale EPC/EPCM construction environments and can work effectively at both strategic and field-execution levels. The manager provides risk-management oversight and assurance, supports incident response and investigations, conducts site visits and assurance reviews, and promotes a proactive safety culture. The role also oversees regulatory and contractual compliance, represents Ramboll in audits and governance meetings, and establishes performance reporting that supports accountability and improvement.
