About The Position

At FuzeRx, the Senior HRBP is the strategic engine behind our business success. You will serve as the primary consultant for our Product & Technology, P&T committees, and other functional divisions. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it’s about architecting a talent ecosystem that supports business excellence and corporate agility, empowering our mission to put health control back into the hands of the people.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in progressive strategic HR roles, with 3+ years partnering with executive leadership.
  • Proven track record in Rx, Life Sciences, or Health-Tech is essential.
  • Deep, working knowledge of multi-state US labor laws and healthcare-specific compliance.
  • Proven success in influencing and coaching senior leaders and steer decision-making at the executive level.
  • BA/BS in Business, HR or related field
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA/Masters in HR strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted and dedicated advisor to FuzeRx senior leaders, aligning talent strategy to business goals and outcomes.
  • Partner on organizational construct and operating model based on the growth and business direction for FuzeRx.
  • Ensuring seamless succession planning, talent reviews and workforce readiness as we scale and expand.
  • Providing executive-level coaching to foster a culture of empowerment, trust and accountability.
  • Orchestrate the annual performance and compensation cycles, specifically tailored to bridge the gap between clinical performance metrics and corporate KPIs.
  • Ensure all people practices harmonize with rigorous healthcare standards, lab safety protocols, and the specific compliance requirements.
  • Fluency with people analytics, ability to take data and translate to business solutions communicate executive-level insights that drive proactive business pivots.
