About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, with a strong focus on developing people managers, enhancing performance management, and driving cohesive HR strategies. This role will oversee core HR processes such as onboarding, employee relations, investigations, terminations, succession planning, compensation analysis, and HR reporting. The position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment, support key business functions, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives with clear potential for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably with experience as a Human Resources Business Partner for higher-level strategic understanding.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with HR executives and business leaders.
  • Strong background in human resources management, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with employee relations, including investigations and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, including data analysis, audits, and process automation.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software (such as Office suite) for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience functioning as a strategic HR partner to business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with department leaders and executives to ensure cohesive HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Lead and support performance management activities, including 1:1 meetings, coaching, foundational leadership development, and ongoing performance conversations.
  • Manage and oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and effective experience for new employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations and providing guidance on employee issues.
  • Manage terminations in a professional, compliant, and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to HR strategy, including planning for HR budgets, headcount, and workforce needs.
  • Lead and support succession planning efforts to identify and develop internal talent for key roles.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to help maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Support and execute HR projects initiated by headquarters or senior leadership, including employee data analyses, HRIS audits, HRIS automation initiatives, and other data-driven HR projects.
  • Manage reporting for key HR metrics such as hiring, attrition, and exit interview data, and recommend process improvements based on findings.
  • Assist the HR Vice President with monthly headcount reporting, HR scorecards, and related analytics.
  • Interact and collaborate with HR vendors to evaluate, implement, and manage HR products and services.
  • Manage multiple HR projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
  • Perform other HR tasks and duties as assigned to support the broader HR function and business needs.
  • Provide strong HR business partnership support to assigned business units, with a likely focus on the call center group.
