Serve as facilitator for new employee orientation (Day ONE) content and support new hires through their first year of employment. Provide operational support regarding processes, procedures and/or programs for the Onboarding team within the HR SSC. Serve as trusted advisor to NFCU employees by responding to HR related requests and inquiries and providing guidance to internal/external customers. Lead one of three workstreams, driving project management discipline, effective delegation, and team development to improve skill depth, accountability, and timely delivery.
