About The Position

We're partnering with a growing organization in Greer, SC to identify a Senior HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the company. This is a highly visible position that will work directly with executives, leaders, and high-potential employees to build the talent capabilities needed to support continued growth and long-term success. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop leadership pipelines, and implement strategies that improve organizational effectiveness. You'll help leaders establish clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and create development plans that support both employee growth and business objectives. You'll lead initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, employee engagement, and workforce planning. You'll also play a key role in identifying high-potential talent, building career development pathways, and helping leaders navigate organizational change. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with leaders and employees, influencing organizational decisions, and creating programs that produce measurable improvements in performance, retention, and leadership capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant focus on talent management, leadership development, organizational development, or performance management
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leaders and people managers
  • Strong background in leadership development, succession planning, and talent review processes
  • Experience building and implementing performance management programs and employee development initiatives
  • Ability to coach leaders through performance, engagement, and organizational challenges
  • Strong organizational development and change management experience
  • Experience utilizing workforce data and talent metrics to drive business decisions
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and gain buy-in across multiple levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM, HRCI, Organizational Development, or Talent Management certifications are a plus
