As Premier Restoration Hawaii continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and execute the day-to-day Human Resources function for the organization. This is a true working manager role. The Senior HR Manager is not simply overseeing HR processes from a distance, they are actively executing the work, partnering directly with leaders, solving employee issues, driving recruiting efforts, ensuring compliance, and helping maintain the structure, consistency, and accountability necessary to support a growing organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. They are comfortable moving between executive conversations, employee relations matters, recruiting activities, compliance responsibilities, and operational problem-solving. They understand that effective HR leadership requires both sound judgment and personal ownership of execution. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, a high level of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same. We're looking for a practical, solutions-oriented HR leader who can assess issues objectively, navigate complexity with professionalism, and drive matters through resolution without creating unnecessary process, confusion, or administrative burden.
