About The Position

This high-impact position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related to people, cost, and customer service. You'll support seasonal tomato processing and canning operation in which approximately 150 employees are year-round and each season we add approximately 500 additional seasonal employees. This is a Union Site and requires Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and during Harvest Season Can include Saturdays.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting employees within a manufacturing, distribution, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiency in workplace technology and systems (eg. Workday, Kronos, MS Office Suite, etc)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
  • Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading change through others.
  • Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments.

  • Be the force behind talent development; engage with the business to support staffing plans and proactively partner with talent acquisition.

  • Support the People Pillar of Total Productive Management (TPM), driving excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manages employee & labor relations by investigating- resolving and communicating employee questions- issues- concerns- grievances- and sets union labor strategy for the facility.
