About The Position

Equifax is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor and driver of business outcomes through talent planning and execution within a highly matrixed enterprise. This role will support the Global Data & Analytics (D&A) organization, leading the people strategy directly for this group and influencing the overall talent strategy for the Enterprise D&A function. The Senior HRBP will collaborate with SVP-level leaders, focusing on performance, learning and development, organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning. The position is based in Alpharetta, GA, and operates on a hybrid schedule, with flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and two weeks per year from anywhere. This is a direct-hire role and does not offer immigration sponsorship or C2C/vendor arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent related experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as a consultative HR Business Partner.
  • Strong working knowledge supporting global organizations.
  • Experience with compensation planning, organizational design, employee relations, employee development, performance management, and general employment laws.
  • Exceptional skill in understanding, managing, and executing complex issues and competing deadlines while communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to develop, attract, and assess talent.
  • Ability to identify and anticipate client needs and make practical recommendations for implementation.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong background designing and leading learning and development initiatives.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • SHRM Certification - PHR / SPHR.
  • Experience working with Data & Analytics functions.
  • Experience supporting AI education and training.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools, including Gemini.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner and confidant to global D&A leaders to ensure HR strategy aligns with business strategy.
  • Provide executive coaching and counsel to leaders on organizational design, development planning, workforce planning, and performance development.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data & Analytics Council and HR Business Partners to align on functional talent needs and execute key talent priorities.
  • Manage annual talent review, succession, and compensation planning processes, including project management and facilitation of calibration meetings.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key global roles, developing retention strategies for high-potential talent.
  • Identify skill gaps, training opportunities, and support career development and learning initiatives across the Enterprise D&A function.
  • Proactively identify and address issues while adhering to global processes and remaining execution-focused.
  • Work with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to evaluate roles and positions, determining appropriate band/grade/compensation components.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, driving initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Engage in cross-cultural collaboration with global HR teams to ensure alignment on HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and trends to develop targeted solutions for organizational and business challenges.
  • Resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Participate in special projects within the business and across the HR function as needed.
