The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) is offering a job rotation opportunity through 06/30/2027 for a Senior HR Business Partner (Human Resource Analyst 3). This position provides agency-wide expertise in human resources management, personnel administration, classification and compensation, organizational analysis, and employee and labor relations. It delivers comprehensive HR support across all BOLI divisions, including consultation on investigations, recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance with federal and state personnel laws. The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor by facilitating problem resolution, conducting investigations, preparing classification analyses, and assisting with policy development while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. This rotation may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with occasional in-person requirements for meetings, trainings, investigations, and other operational needs. The selected employee may work from any BOLI office location. This recruitment may be used to fill additional vacancies as they occur.
