About The Position

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Business Partner for the Warren site (circa. 120 associates; Sales $45M) within the Clutches and Brakes Division. If you’re passionate about HR and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the place to be. Reporting to the Plant Manager of the site, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing both administrative and strategic functions by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partnering role
  • Previous experience managing HR projects

Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leaders
  • Serve as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associates
  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisition to support the growth of the business.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experience
  • Oversee and manage the use of performance management tools to create a high-performing organization
  • Lead the coordination and implementation of site pay reviews including both the shopfloor union wage increase as well as the merit increase for salaried associates.
  • Work with legal, HR and Site leadership on union negotiations, implementing agreed changes effectively
  • Assist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the site
  • Develop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progress
  • Champion an inclusive environment that values diversity
  • Partner with Division HR on talent processes
  • Manage various HR projects for the site that contribute to our strategic objectives
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systems- including Workday, Dayforce, etc
