About The Position

Teramind is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic people partner for key global business units. This role involves driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and scalable people programs. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources Operations and is crucial for Teramind's growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, possess strong strategic and execution skills, and be comfortable interacting with senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a true HRBP or strategic HR advisor role.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in high-growth, technology, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong command of US employment law and multi-state compliance; experience with remote workforce models.
  • Proven ability to manage complex ER matters independently, with appropriate escalation judgment.
  • Comfort using people data and analytics to tell a story and influence decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ATS tools (Lever a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industries.
  • Exposure to globally distributed teams and cross-border HR nuances (EMEA, LATAM).
  • Background in compensation benchmarking or Total Rewards program management.
  • Experience supporting companies through rapid growth or organizational transformation.
  • SHRM-SCP/SPHR/CHRP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and senior leaders across the globe.
  • Translate business objectives into people strategies, including workforce planning, org design, succession, and team effectiveness.
  • Advise and coach managers and directors on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational health.
  • Utilize workforce insights and data analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Partner with leaders to manage performance management cycles, including goal-setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning.
  • Identify and address capability gaps, creating development plans with managers.
  • Support workforce planning and headcount modeling in collaboration with Finance and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring, including role scoping, leveling, and hiring manager preparation.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and legal awareness.
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees on performance, conflict, leave, or workplace concerns.
  • Champion Teramind's culture and values, especially within a remote, distributed workforce.
  • Support change management initiatives and assist leaders in communicating organizational changes.
  • Partner on the rollout of core people programs such as onboarding, engagement surveys, and HRIS implementation.
  • Contribute to Total Rewards programs, including compensation reviews, benchmarking, and equity decisions for client groups.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and escalate jurisdictional nuances as needed.
  • Support HRIS optimization and adoption within client groups.
