Senior HR Business Partner

Sayari
•$165,000 - $185,000

About The Position

Sayari is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior HR Business Partner to support its US-based Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer. The role will advise GTM leaders on organizational growth, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness as the company scales, drawing on experience in enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology organizations. The HRBP works with leaders across global sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships, aligning people strategies with business objectives. The position supports organizational design and scaling, people programs, talent planning, leadership development, and change management, using data to identify team-health and performance trends and provide actionable insights. It also partners with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on hiring, development, rewards benchmarking, and incentive alignment. The role operates within Sayari’s PeopleOS, an AI-native operating system built in Claude and Cowork. The HRBP uses approved tools to accelerate recurring preparation and synthesis work, while following auditability and data-governance requirements. AI-assisted outputs involving hiring, performance, compensation, or termination decisions require sign-off from a named reviewer before action, and official records remain in systems of record such as Rippling and Lattice. The HRBP is also expected to build fluency with approved AI tools and surface automation ideas to the Talent Experience pillar lead.
