About The Position

This is a 12-month W-2 contract role for a Senior GTM Recruiter, based remotely in the U.S. The position involves helping to build high-performing sales teams at a leading global SaaS company. The recruiter will play a critical role in scaling North America's revenue organization by partnering directly with sales leadership, shaping hiring strategies, and attracting exceptional commercial talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting within a global SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Proven success recruiting: Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Engineers / Pre-Sales Engineers.
  • Experience partnering directly with executive-level hiring managers (Senior Manager through VP level).
  • Strong understanding of: Sales compensation plans, OTE structures, Commission plans, Equity (RSU) negotiations.
  • Data-driven recruiting approach with experience analyzing recruiting funnels, forecasting hiring timelines, and reporting recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload in a fully remote environment spanning multiple U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) positions, including Account Executives (New Business & Enterprise), Solutions Engineers / Sales Engineers, and other revenue-generating commercial roles.
  • Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and VP-level leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by leveraging hiring data, market intelligence, and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent through creative sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent communities.
  • Manage complex offer negotiations involving base salary, on-target earnings (OTE), and equity compensation.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while balancing multiple high-priority searches across the United States.
  • Utilize modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Forecast hiring timelines, monitor recruiting metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity.
