About The Position

The Senior Growth Strategy Manager leads and supports strategic efforts to generate incremental revenue across the Build and Construct Division’s product portfolio. The role uses data-driven decision-making and customer-backed insights to inform go-to-market strategy, particularly product offering, pricing, and packaging. It collaborates frequently with product, sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to match customer needs with the division’s value-add products. The role conducts customer research and market analysis across construction technology and the broader AEC landscape; designs analytical tests and defines success metrics; models the revenue and cost effects of go-to-market decisions; and develops data-driven business cases and recommendations for pricing and packaging. It also manages cross-functional go-to-market projects, represents the pricing and packaging function in discussions, and champions innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in SaaS product pricing, bundling and packaging of multiple brands, market research, commercial strategy, or a closely related analytical field.
  • Experience conducting market analysis and customer research to identify customer needs, value drivers, and willingness to pay.
  • Ability to convert market and internal data into financial models that generate insights and anticipate the impact of pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to use internal data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to establish pricing models, price levels, discount structures, and monetization approaches using pricing research methods such as conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of packaging and tier design, meeting customer needs with value-add products, and competitive positioning in commercial software or a comparable B2B context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to build durable processes and work within established governance and infrastructure rather than treating each pricing question as a one-off.
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of managing complex initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and driving results in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to encourage creative thinking and continuous improvement while focusing on measurable results.
