About The Position

Push is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join their Revenue Marketing team. This role is crucial for owning how the company reaches, attracts, and converts high-value customers through paid channels and their website. The position involves developing paid acquisition strategies, optimizing website conversion, implementing campaign automation, and managing two direct reports. This is an existing role that the company is actively hiring for.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or paid acquisition at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience owning channel performance and pipeline numbers.
  • Managed paid programs with significant budget responsibility, including building or fixing targeting.
  • Experience managing or influencing web conversion strategy and understanding the connection between paid and landing page performance.
  • Comfortable in a player-coach role, managing direct reports while remaining hands-on.
  • System-thinking approach to automation, workflows, and experimentation.
  • Data-driven decision-making and clear communication of insights to sales and cross-functional partners.
  • Active use of AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid strategy and performance for two brands, including audience strategy, targeting architecture, and budget allocation.
  • Drive efficiency improvements through audience segmentation, exclusion logic, and continuous optimization.
  • Run a structured test-and-learn cadence for messages, offers, and audience experiments.
  • Partner with Brand & Content teams on messaging and creative strategy for paid campaigns and landing pages.
  • Own the web and conversion function, setting strategic direction for CRO and ensuring web tracking is integrated with paid reporting.
  • Manage chatbot conversion rates and lead routing to pipeline.
  • Build and manage AI-enabled marketing workflows and campaign automation for speed and scalability.
  • Own self-serve and demo growth programs.
  • Analyze and optimize performance across channels, providing regular performance insights.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to apply ICP-validated audience segments for paid targeting and lead quality.
  • Provide SDR teams with intent signals and campaign context for timely follow-up.
  • Establish a regular feedback loop with Sales on messaging resonance to improve targeting and creative.
