About The Position

Maxa is transforming how finance teams get trusted answers from their data, and growth marketing is how the world finds out. This role owns demand generation from strategy through execution, building the pipeline engine for a product still finding its go-to-market shape. Maxa AI has solved the hard technical problem: turning fragmented ERP data into CFO-trusted insights in weeks instead of months. Now we need someone who can turn that story into pipeline. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own demand generation end to end, from audience definition to campaign execution, in a 0-1 environment where you're building the playbook, not inheriting one.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, with both organic and paid channels under your belt.
  • Proven experience working in a 0-1 environment, including launching a new product to market.
  • Track record of building integrated campaigns spanning content, paid media, email, and SEO.
  • Comfort owning strategy and execution: you don't hand off the plan, you run it.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to align Product, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales around a shared narrative.
  • Bilingual (French & English).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing a data analytics or BI product.
  • Familiarity with the B2B finance/ops buyer and how CFOs and finance teams evaluate new tools.
  • History of building demand gen from scratch rather than scaling an existing engine.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Maxa's demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign development from concept to launch, taking full ownership of execution.
  • Define audience segments and craft messaging that resonates with finance and data leaders.
  • Build and run integrated campaigns that combine content, paid, email, and organic (SEO) to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Content, and Sales to keep messaging and motion aligned.
  • Launch and iterate on campaigns supporting new product releases, using early signal to shape what comes next.
  • Track and report on the metrics that matter: pipeline contribution, cost efficiency, conversion by channel.
  • Bring an experimentation mindset: test channels and messaging fast, double down on what works.
