We're looking for a growth marketer who wants to own real channels and see their impact every day. In this role, you'll own the relationship with our Google Ads agency, run our DTC affiliate program end-to-end, own our newsletter channel, and help us scale podcast advertising as that channel ramps back up in the next quarter. You'll sit on a tight-knit growth team alongside the leads for Meta and Influencer, with the autonomy to shape how each of your channels grows. This is a great fit if you love operating across multiple channels rather than going deep on just one, you're confident holding agencies and partners accountable to results, and you're analytical enough to spot what's working (and what isn't) without waiting to be told.
