The mission for this role is to build a predictable inbound and account-based demand generation engine that helps The Codest win enterprise clients across banking, fintech, payments, and regulated industries.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven experience in a software house, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services environment
  • Strong expertise in SEO
  • Experience with AEO (AI Engine Optimization)
  • Hands-on experience in building and growing LinkedIn organic presence
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and processes
  • Strong understanding of analytics and attribution
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Own SEO and AEO strategy
  • Increase visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity
  • Manage website, conversion funnels and analytics
  • Create expert content with internal SMEs
  • Execute ABM campaigns for target accounts
  • Support sales outreach with marketing assets
  • Build authority around fintech, banking, AI and enterprise software delivery
  • Manage external freelancers and agencies when needed
