About The Position

BluSky is seeking a data-driven, digitally savvy marketing professional to drive our organic growth, content, and digital campaign initiatives. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for improving BluSky's visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences while supporting content development, website optimization, social media execution, and campaign activation. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring content, campaigns, and digital initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a collaborative environment, and embraces emerging technologies and AI-driven workflows. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence lead generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and digital performance across a national footprint.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, SEO, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience managing SEO and content marketing programs.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies, consultants, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated success executing digital marketing campaigns and website optimization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, search marketing, conversion optimization, and social media marketing.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and emerging digital technologies.
  • Experience working in a data-driven environment with measurable performance goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Clarity, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute BluSky's SEO (Search Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
  • Partner with agency resources to identify and implement technical SEO, content optimization, and website enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor search performance, keyword rankings, search visibility, and emerging AI search trends.
  • Improve website structure, metadata, internal linking, content architecture, and schema implementation to increase discoverability.
  • Identify opportunities to expand BluSky's visibility across search engines, AI platforms, and answer engines.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business priorities, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate content creation efforts with internal subject matter experts and agency partners.
  • Oversee development and publishing of blogs, case studies, white papers, landing pages, sales enablement materials, social media content, email content, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand standards, target audiences, SEO best practices, and business objectives.
  • Continuously refine content strategy based on performance, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with agency teams to optimize user experience, conversion paths, forms, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
  • Develop and execute testing initiatives to improve website engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Support website enhancement projects and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Support planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, audience targeting, messaging, and deployment activities.
  • Work closely with team and agency partners to ensure campaigns launch successfully and perform effectively.
  • Support regional, vertical, and national marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing, audience segmentation, messaging enhancements, and optimization efforts.
  • Manage BluSky's organic social media presence and publishing calendar.
  • Coordinate content development and scheduling across corporate social media channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agency resources to develop engaging social content.
  • Support executive thought leadership and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Monitor engagement trends and identify opportunities to increase audience reach and participation.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, content development, research, and execution.
  • Support implementation and optimization of marketing technology platforms and digital workflows.
  • Stay informed on evolving AI, search, and digital marketing trends and recommend new opportunities to improve performance and scalability.
  • Assist in evaluating and supporting AI-powered business development and lead generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Business Development, and Executive Leadership teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Support internal communications, presentations, and marketing requests as needed.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment across multiple projects and priorities.
