About The Position

Encircle is hiring a Senior Growth Enablement Manager to build and lead growth enablement across new sales, account management, onboarding and activation. This builder role will establish the strategy, programs, tools and measures that help customer-facing teams deliver consistent, useful conversations and help customers succeed. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Growth Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue and Growth Operations. Coaching and performance management remain with Sales and Customer Success leaders; Product Marketing owns positioning and messaging; Revenue and Growth Operations owns sales data, processes and systems. The manager will define role expectations and a scalable enablement roadmap, deepen teams’ understanding of restoration businesses, develop customer conversation and sales skills, create demo frameworks and certification, and build structured onboarding and ramp paths. They will also maintain current customer-facing materials, prepare teams for product or pricing changes, and measure program readiness, adoption and impact using call insights, performance data, and team and customer feedback. Encircle is a remote-first company with a collaboration hub in downtown Kitchener. The role is remote in Canada, with a hybrid option in Kitchener, Ontario. Encircle describes itself as a software company serving restoration contractors and insurance professionals, helping them process claims faster.
