About The Position

FISPAN is looking for a strategic, ambitious, and execution-driven Senior Partner & Growth Marketing Manager to lead some of the company’s most important go-to-market initiatives. You’ll be at the center of how FISPAN brings campaigns to market — owning the strategy, shaping the execution, and driving programs that directly influence pipeline growth, market visibility, product adoption, and partner engagement. This role will lead the campaign engine for the Marketing department, working cross-functionally with Design, Content, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to bring integrated campaigns to life. You’ll be the architect behind major launches, vertical initiatives, ecosystem campaigns, ERP programs, thought leadership initiatives, and demand generation efforts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, growth, and partnership. You’ll help define how FISPAN goes to market, how campaigns are built and scaled, how strategic ecosystem relationships are activated, how pipeline impact is created through marketing, and how cross-functional teams come together to execute world-class GTM programs. The work you do here will be highly visible and highly impactful. You won’t just support campaigns — you’ll lead them.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, GTM marketing, growth marketing or ecosystem/channel marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing GTM strategies, product launches, vertical campaigns, or integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, enterprise SaaS, banking technology, or another complex B2B environment strongly preferred.
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Ability to translate business priorities into clear GTM and Growth Marketing strategies, campaign plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Strong understanding of how to build multi-channel campaigns across content, digital, events, PR, sales enablement, and partner channels.
  • Product Launch & GTM Planning: Experience planning and orchestrating launches across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage timelines, owners, dependencies, approvals, and competing priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to align and influence stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to campaign measurement, reporting, optimization, and ROI analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level updates, campaign briefs, and external-facing messaging.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B revenue motions, pipeline generation, sales enablement, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, define strategy, build structure, manage execution, and measure outcomes.
