The Senior Group Manager, Regional Sales Planning is responsible for creating and managing monthly regional sales plans for each of Hyundai Motor America's (HMA) 7 regions. This role is crucial in developing regional sales plans to effectively measure and track regional sales achievement, inventory availability/pipeline, and profitability. The development of regional carflows by model for each region will serve as the foundation for regions to track product availability to achieve regional sales and profit targets. Strong business acumen is critical for coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders, including Finance, HMNA Production Planning, Distribution, and the regions. Success in this role requires sophisticated process and project management skills, as well as strong analytical, communication, and process documentation skills.
