This role drives a consistent sales and service culture through collaboration across member offers, focusing on acquiring new business and deepening existing relationships. The Regional Manager ensures delivery of holistic, four‑quadrant advice—banking, borrowing, protection, and investing—so every member plan reflects a complete financial picture and improves member outcomes while growing Funds Under Administration, net sales, and contributions.
