About The Position

AutoRABIT is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build a product that automates the software delivery lifecycle for Salesforce teams. The platform connects customer Salesforce organizations, source control systems, and issue trackers to plan, build, validate, and deploy changes through a governed pipeline. AI agents perform delivery tasks within controls intended to support secure and reliable releases. This is a hands-on full stack engineering role spanning backend services, web applications, and native iOS development. The technology stack includes Java and Spring Boot backend services, an Angular and TypeScript web application, Python services supporting automation and AI agents, and native iOS mobile development. The role also contributes to integrations, testing, CI/CD, and AWS deployments. This is a remote role; candidates must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
Professional experience developing and releasing native iOS mobile applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode, and the iOS development lifecycle.
Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs, authentication systems, and backend services.
Strong Java development experience using Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs, and modern enterprise development practices.
Strong Angular and TypeScript experience building modern web applications.
Working proficiency in Python, including maintaining and extending existing Python services.
Experience with Python testing and API frameworks such as pytest, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs using OpenAPI specifications.
Understanding of secure application development, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Experience with automated testing across backend, web, and mobile applications.
Familiarity with Docker, AWS cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor as part of regular software development.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.

Experience developing software within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience building enterprise mobile applications or mobile experiences for SaaS platforms.
Experience with UIKit alongside SwiftUI.
Familiarity with mobile CI/CD, automated iOS testing, and App Store Connect.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy features across backend services, web applications, and mobile experiences.
Develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
Build responsive, accessible web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
Develop and maintain REST APIs for web and mobile applications, including API design using OpenAPI specifications and generated client integrations.
Extend Python services supporting delivery automation and AI-powered workflows.
Ensure platform security, performance, reliability, and tenant data isolation.
Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS frameworks, including SwiftUI and established architecture patterns.
Build mobile experiences that integrate with backend services, REST APIs, authentication services, and enterprise systems.
Implement secure mobile authentication, session management, and data handling; troubleshoot mobile performance, compatibility, and reliability issues.
Participate in mobile testing, debugging, deployment, and App Store release processes, and ensure consistent functionality across web and mobile.
Contribute to AI-powered automation for software development and delivery workflows, and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity while maintaining engineering quality.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify AI-enabled product opportunities.
Build integrations with Salesforce, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Slack, and other enterprise platforms.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, encryption, and credential management.
Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based builds, and AWS deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues across backend, web, and mobile applications.
Participate in code reviews, maintain engineering standards and technical documentation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
Follow established security, compliance, and software development practices.
