About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. The role requires expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud-native architecture, API development, database management, and enterprise systems integration. The developer will also use AI-powered development tools, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and application capabilities. This is a mandatory 100% onsite position in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, involving close collaboration with enterprise application teams, business stakeholders, architects, and IT leadership. The role includes senior technical contribution and mentoring, technical design leadership, and translating complex business requirements into maintainable solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 10 years of professional software development experience, including significant hands-on full stack development.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex enterprise applications.
Strong experience working in cross-functional enterprise IT environments.
Experience with SQL, .NET, MVC, Angular, and C#.
Expertise in modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud-native architecture, API development, database management, and enterprise systems integration.
Practical experience leveraging AI-powered development tools, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integrations.
Experience with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, data modeling, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
Build responsive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Develop back-end services using technologies such as .NET/C# and Node.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
Apply object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
Modernize legacy applications and integrate them with cloud platforms.
Participate in architectural reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews.
Use AI-assisted development tools for development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and testing.
Evaluate and implement AI-based development workflows to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.
Develop AI-enabled application features using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and enterprise knowledge integration.
Apply AI agent frameworks, function calling, vector databases, and AI orchestration patterns, and ensure AI-generated code meets organizational standards.
Promote responsible AI use, including protection of confidential information, human review of outputs, and secure handling of enterprise data.
Design and develop integrations across enterprise platforms, SaaS applications, and internal systems.
Build secure APIs and integration services using REST, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
Develop automated workflows and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Power Automate, or comparable technologies.
Support data exchange, transformation, synchronization, and integration monitoring; troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
Design and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
Implement automated unit, integration, regression, and API testing, and use AI-assisted testing tools to improve coverage and identify defects.
Monitor application performance, security, availability, and operational reliability; support DevSecOps and vulnerability remediation.
Work with SQL Server; develop complex queries, stored procedures, and data models, and optimize performance.
Implement secure data access and integration patterns, and support data pipelines and AI-ready data architectures where required.
Mentor development team members, lead technical design discussions, and recommend scalable engineering solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, product owners, and enterprise application teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation standards.
Identify opportunities to improve development processes through AI, automation, and reusable components.
