About The Position

The Full Stack Developer, Mid assists in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and robust software solutions. The role uses .NET technologies alongside React, JavaScript, and other modern frameworks to support the full software development lifecycle and deliver scalable, reliable solutions with high-quality user experiences and application performance. The developer works with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, emphasizing clean code, best practices, and an agile mindset. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, although equivalent professional experience may be considered, and at least five years of professional software development experience. Deep familiarity with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server, exposure to AWS or Azure, and an active Top Secret Security Clearance are required. The employee must pass a background check and may be subject to additional project- or client-related checks.

The position is based in a professional office environment with the ability to work on-site. The employee may be asked to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, work outside normal business hours, or travel for business or professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Deep familiarity with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Cloud exposure with platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to pass a background check; additional project- or client-required background checks may be required during employment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
• Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and comfort working in dynamic project environments.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with specialized teams to resolve them.

• Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React and modern web development tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of database design and optimization for SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Strong familiarity with Object Relational Mappers such as Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and GitLab.
• Professional certifications in .NET technologies or cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing workflows and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Use ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and architectural patterns such as Dependency Injection to design and develop solutions.
• Develop with .NET languages and technologies, including C#, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework.
• Implement API and architecture styles, including REST and RPC.
• Design and deliver user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and HTML5/CSS3.
• Ensure web applications are responsive, performant, and high quality, collaborating with UI/UX teams.
• Participate in end-to-end development from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to define and implement features.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code that follows coding standards and guidelines.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to verify code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Use Git/GitLab for source control and version management.
• Help optimize and improve development processes and methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
