Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React for building production web applications
Experience building or integrating LLM-powered products (chat interfaces, agents, MCP servers/tool integrations)
Familiarity with OAuth/integration platforms and API design
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate engineering work including agentic features
Strong collaborator who thrives working across teams — you know how to build relationships with product, design, ops, and business stakeholders, not just engineers
Proven ability to champion and evangelize new technologies across an organization — comfortable running demos, writing internal guides, and rallying engineers and non-engineers alike around new methods of working
Knowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec, to enable the incumbent to communicate as needed with colleagues, partners and suppliers in Quebec.
Fluency in English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, customers and partners (or suppliers) who are mostly located outside Quebec. For positions in research and development, it is also necessary to understand the technical and scientific documentation of our industry, most of which is available in English.

Responsibilities

Build and improve features for GoTo’s internal multi-model AI assistant, including agents, automations, and MCP tool integrations
Design and build our internal MCP Marketplace that provides authenticated MCP tool access for Claude, Copilot, and other various AI clients company-wide.
Build internal AI tools and drive AI adoption across engineering through demos and technical enablement
Partner with the AI Enablement team to ship AI-powered features end-to-end and support company-wide AI tool adoption
