About The Position

We are looking for passionate software developers with a range of experience—from talented newcomers to seasoned professionals—to join one of our engineering teams. Your day will involve designing, developing, testing, and maintaining reliable backend services and distributed systems, primarily using Go. You will build scalable, cloud-native services and APIs that support enterprise-level products. Collaboration with developers, product teams, architects, and other stakeholders is key to delivering high-quality software. You will also participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making, and own services throughout their lifecycle, from design and development to deployment, observability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Open to all levels of experience, from junior to senior
Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
Comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies and solving complex technical problems
Experience with Go or a strong interest in developing production software using Go
Experience developing backend services, APIs, microservices, or distributed systems
Understanding of common software engineering practices, including observability, logging, monitoring, and performance analysis

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, containers, or Kubernetes is an asset
